Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support and optimize electronic manufacturing operations. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality output across SMT, THT, and PCB assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes (line balancing, cycle time, labor efficiency)
• Improve workstations, tooling, and fixtures
• Support SMT/THT assembly and resolve production issues
• Track and improve KPIs (OEE, UPH, FPY, scrap rate)
• Lead Lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma/DMAIC)
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis
• Improve product quality, yield, and defect reduction using SPC/root cause analysis
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and DFM
• Perform capacity planning and optimize production throughput
• Partner with supply chain on material flow and production planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of industrial/process engineering experience
• 5+ years in electronic manufacturing (SMT/PCB)

Skills

• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma expertise
• Strong knowledge of SMT/THT and PCB assembly
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/SQL preferred
• Experience with MES/ERP systems and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
